My Wheels are Impenetrable (and I Lack the Access)
The rain lashes against the windows of my ride, blurring the world into an blurry mess. It's a solid thing, really, because I'm trapped inside. Not by circumstance, or awful weather, but by my own failure.
You see, I can't escape this automobile. The keys are missing, and I don't have a clue where they slipped away. It's like I've become hostage in my own fortress. My once-trusted ride has turned against me, mocking me with its impenetrable metal skin. I'm livid, but what can I say??
I could try to force open the windows, but that would probably result in me getting hurt and calling for a tow truck anyway. Maybe I could signal someone passing by, hoping they'll notice my predicament. Or perhaps I could just wait it out, hoping the keys will magically appear.
That last option seems about as likely as winning the lottery.
, but
at this point, I'm grasping at anything. I just need a way out of this terrible situation before I go crazy.
